Automatic follow-up calls and nurture days

How often an agent tries to retry a lead, and when it calls people back: call backs, visit reminders and nurture calls on day 2, 5 and 10, Sundays skipped.

Open the agent, go to After the call and find Follow-ups.

Retries

Max tries per lead (1-10) counts every dial. After the last one the lead is reported as not reachable. This applies to leads the agent calls automatically. Bulk campaigns keep the retry settings from their own wizard.

Calls scheduled after a conversation

  • Call back at the time the caller asked for: when a caller asks to be rung back on a day or time, that call is placed then, inside your calling window.
  • Site-visit reminder call: a short confirm-or-reschedule call the day before a booked visit, at the Reminder time. It is 2 hours before when the visit is less than a day away.
  • Nurture calls for interested leads: a short sequence of check-in calls when a call ended interested, with no visit booked and no call back asked for.

Nurture days

Call on these days after the conversation sets the sequence. The default is Day 2 → 5 → 10. Use Add step for up to five calls, each on a later day (up to day 60). Every call is placed at the Call time (11:00 by default). A day outside your calling days (Sunday by default, set under Compliance) moves to the next calling day.

The sequence stops when the person says no, opts out, books a visit or calls you. With If they don't answer, try the next step on, a step whose retries all go unanswered still moves on to the next day. Turn it off to stop the sequence there.

Every scheduled call shows on the Follow-ups page, where you can call it now, reschedule or cancel it.
