Bookings and availability

See, create and update bookings; set bookable hours.

Appointments shows bookings made by your agents or your team, in Calendar or List view. Filter by source (Agent or Manual) and status.

New Appointment — pick a free slot and book it.
Open a booking to reschedule it or mark it confirmed, completed, cancelled or no-show.

Bookable hours

Agents only offer slots inside your hours. Set business hours per day, slot length (15–60 minutes), timezone and blackout dates under Settings → Scheduling.
