How credits are counted

Credits per minute, by channel, voice tier and model.

Credits = call minutes × channel rate × voice multiplier × model multiplier.

  • Voice tiers — Standard 1×, Premium 2×, Vistrow Expressive 2×.
  • Model tiers — Standard 1×, Premium 2×, Premium Plus 4×.

Billing shows your remaining credits, minutes used this cycle, and usage split by call type and voice tier. Each call's details show the exact credits it used. If you enable low-credit emails in your preferences, you're emailed when credits drop below 10% of your allocation.
