Calling window and Do-Not-Call

Keep outbound calling within TRAI rules automatically.

Calling window

TRAI norms limit unsolicited calls to 9am–9pm, Monday–Saturday. With Enforce calling window on, outbound dials outside your hours and days are blocked automatically, in the callee's timezone.

Do-Not-Call

Every outbound dial is checked against your Do-Not-Call registry first. Add numbers with Block or Bulk import numbers. When a caller asks your agent not to be called again, the agent adds them itself.
