If the AI called a lead again a day or more after talking to them, it was a follow-up call. After a call, the agent can schedule a call back to the same person on its own:
- Call back: the caller asked to be rung back on a day or time.
- Site-visit reminder: a short call before a booked visit.
- Nurture: the call ended interested, with nothing booked. The agent checks in again later.
Each agent's rules are under Agents → open the agent → After the call → Follow-ups.
The Follow-ups page
Follow-ups in the sidebar lists these calls under Upcoming, Done and Cancelled. On an upcoming call you can:
- Call now: queue it straight away.
- Reschedule: pick a new date and time.
- Cancel: it will not ring.
A nurture call is skipped if the person calls you or books a visit before it is due.
Schedule one yourself
Click Schedule follow-up (or Schedule a follow-up call on a lead's page). Enter the name and phone, pick the Agent who calls, the time, and the type: Call them back or Check in on their interest. You can add a Note for the AI about what to ask. If that person already has a follow-up waiting, it is moved to the new time instead of adding a second call.
The time must be in the future and within 90 days. Numbers on your Do-Not-Call list cannot be scheduled, and the agent needs a phone number to call from.
Ask the Copilot
On the Growth plan you can also ask the Copilot, for example "move Ravi's follow-up to Friday 4 pm" or "cancel Neha's follow-up call". It shows what it will do on a card, and nothing changes until you press Confirm.
Where else you see them
- Calls: calls the AI made as a follow-up carry a Follow-up tag.
- The notification bell shows newly scheduled follow-ups and their results.
