Send an agent's events to your systems and recognise returning callers.
Webhook
Add a URL under Webhook and this agent's lead, appointment and callback events are posted there as JSON — in addition to the workspace webhook on the Integrations page. The same URL in both places gets one delivery.
CRM routing
By default an agent delivers leads to every connected integration. Select specific integrations under CRM routing to limit this agent to those.
Memory
Turn on Memory and the agent remembers returning callers by phone number — a short summary of past calls — and greets them accordingly.
