Quick test from the Agents page

On Agents, each card has a Browser test button (microphone) and a Call test button (phone).

• Browser test opens a live call in the page. Speak, or type in "Or type here instead" — typed messages reach the agent exactly like speech.
• Call test rings a phone number so you hear the agent on a real line.

Test calls appear in All Calls History with a Dashboard test badge.
