Connect a phone number

Register an EnableX number and route it to an agent.

Today numbers come from EnableX (Twilio, Exotel and Plivo are coming soon).

  1. Provision the number in your EnableX portal.
  2. Go to Phone Numbers, connect EnableX with the App ID and key from EnableX → Project Settings → API Credentials.
  3. Add a virtual number in full international format (e.g. +917713128715) with an optional label.
  4. Pick the agent next to the number, and use Test call to check it.

Set hours, days and limits for incoming calls under Inbound.
